Things Move Faster on Frog Time
It’s time for the next editon of the Way of the Frog.
Rumor has it that the Frog and the Clock have known each other for a long, long time and are very good friends. Some say that maybe this is why Frog Time is Faster. Some people don’t believe it, but I do. Ever notice that when you’re at Klahaya things do seem to move a little quicker? On deck or at the end of a race, Frog Swimmers are flying. Maybe it’s because we know the clock better. We spend an hour with it every day at practice, we think about it at home, and some even dream about it.
So when you go looking for your goggles and digging for your suits, remember we need one more thing this year. Tick, Tick, Tick. Summer’s coming.
We have two new coaches, Coach Dylan and Coach Jen. Coach Leanne, Coach Julia, and Coach Matt are back. All five of us are bringing the Clock with us this year. We'll meet you in the water.
As always, it’s good to be a Frog! See you on the deck!
Matt Delaney, Head Swim Coach

About volunteering, it really does take “all hands on deck” to have a successful meet. We really appreciate the corps of volunteer timers, concessionaires, cooks, ribbon handlers, officials, data crunchers, cookie bakers and every one of the dozens of volunteers who step up for each meet. Be sure to check out on our VOLUNTEER!!! tab on the top menu bar and sign up!
