Klahaya Swim and Tennis Club Pool Rentals
Klahaya Pool Rental Information
All Klahaya Members are welcome to rent the pool to host a private party or gathering.
- To reserve a pool rental time, contact the front office or email the pool manager at [email protected].
- You will need to submit a pool rental agreement in order to save your spot on the calendar
- Spring Rentals (May 16 – June 12):
- Friday and Saturday nights from 9:00 – 9:45 pm
- Saturday mornings from 10:15 – 11:45 am.
- Summer Rentals (June 13 – Sept 6):
- All available evenings from 9:00-9:45 pm
- Saturday Mornings from 10:15 to 11:45 am
- School Rentals (Weekdays between June 8 and 17)
- Specific dates maybe limited due to the size and average age of the party due to some staffing constraints.
- The pool is available between the hours of 11 and 3:30 pm.
- A member is required to schedule and be present at the rental.
- The rentals during the school day can be scheduled with the manager directly — outside of our lottery system.

Pool rentals are subject to sales tax.
- Prices include lifeguard staffing and are based on your total guest count not just those using the pool.
- The pool manager can adjust the number of guards and thus the price of the rental as needed.
